Participation is open to university students currently enrolled in Egyptian universities.

Teams must consist of 2 to 5 members.

Participants may only belong to one team.

All submissions must be original work created by the participating team.

Existing libraries, frameworks, and open-source tools may be used, provided they are properly acknowledged.

Any use of third-party assets, datasets, or APIs must comply with their respective licenses and terms of service.

Projects must align with one of the official hackathon tracks.

Organizers reserve the right to disqualify submissions that violate the rules or contain inappropriate, harmful, or plagiarized content.

Teams must submit all required materials through Devpost before the submission deadline.

By participating, teams grant the organizers permission to showcase submitted projects for educational, promotional, and judging purposes while retaining ownership of their intellectual property.

All participants are expected to maintain a professional, respectful, and inclusive environment throughout the competition.
